YouTube title character limit
A YouTube title can be up to 100 characters, but search results and the suggested-videos column often cut titles short, so the first 40 to 70 characters do most of the work.

What counts as a character
- Every character counts, including spaces and emoji.
- Angle brackets (< and >) are not allowed in titles.
Best length vs the maximum
- Put the words people search for near the start.
- Promise what the video delivers, and deliver it: misleading titles hurt watch time.
- Avoid all capitals; one capitalised word for emphasis is plenty.
